This Article examines hardwired LIBOR fallback language in recently filed credit agreements contained in Practical Law What's Market. The analysis looks at the prevalence of the June 2020 version and the recently published supplemental versions of the ARRC's recommended hardwired fallback language, as well as incorporation of fixed spread adjustments.
