A Checklist of issues for employers to consider when dealing with trade secrets misappropriation and potential claims under the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA). This Checklist also identifies steps employers should take to comply with DTSA's notice of whistleblower immunity and take full advantage of the remedies available under DTSA.
