An update on new CFTC rule proposals under the Dodd-Frank Act that would provide further guidance on definitions of key Dodd-Frank swaps terms such as "swap dealer" and "major swap participant" as well as setting forth certain requirements for swap dealers, major swap participants and derivatives clearing organizations.
