The USPTO has announced the discontinuation of the paper version of the Trademark Official Gazette.
The USPTO has announced that the final paper version of the Trademark Official Gazette will be released on December 25, 2012. According to the USPTO, ceasing publication of the paper version is intended to facilitate improvement of the electronic version of the Official Gazette by:
- Adding improved search functionality.
- Permitting publication of multi-media apps.
- Offering user-requested features.
