A Checklist identifying disclosures required by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and its implementing Regulation Z when creditors offer or extend open-end credit to consumers, including rules applicable to credit card accounts. Creditors offering open-end credit plans in the form of credit cards or charge cards can use this Checklist to determine whether they are covered by Regulation Z and what, if any, disclosures must be provided.
