First Circuit Court of Appeals

District of Delaware

The US District Court for the District of Delaware issued an order regarding procedures to govern the appointment and utilization of special masters in complex civil cases.

District of New Jersey

Eastern District of Kentucky

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky issued a general order regarding civil and criminal magistrate judge case assignments.

Northern District of Illinois

Judge John Robert Blakey added new practices and procedures.

Ninth Circuit

District of Guam

The US District Court for the District of Guam issued a general order revising its local rules, which will take effect on February 15, 2015. The current version of the court's local civil rules is available here.

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Washington announced revisions to its local criminal rules, which will take effect on March 1, 2015.
