A PowerPoint presentation for use by in-house counsel to train employees and other workforce members on compliance obligations for employer-sponsored group health plans involving surprise medical billing requirements enacted in December 2020 under the No Surprises Act (NSA) (part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA-21)).
