Two separate checklists to assist a creditor to prepare, file and serve a creditor's petition and prepare generally for the hearing of the petition; and to assist a debtor who seeks to oppose the petition. Each checklist provides guidance on the steps that need to be taken, including the documents to be prepared and filed with the Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) and/or the Federal Court, and the time frames within which those steps must be completed.
