First Circuit

District of New Hampshire

The US District Court for the District of New Hampshire updated Local Criminal Rule 1.1 (b) and (d), and provided a summary of the changes.

District of Rhode Island

The US District Court for the District of Rhode Island posted a notice regarding the expansion of Pay.gov to notices of appeal in criminal cases.

Second Circuit

Northern District of New York

The US District Court for the Northern District of New York updated its local rules, effective January 1, 2016. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Southern District of New York

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York updated its ECF quality assurance FAQs.
Judge Paul Engelmayer updated his individual rules of practice in civil cases. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Fourth Circuit

Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit modified its courtroom protocol for oral argument.

Fifth Circuit

Eastern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas added a general order transferring Marshall Division civil cases.
The court also posted a notice announcing that the clerk's office will no longer accept cash as a form of payment, effective February 1, 2016.

Southern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Southern District of Texas posted a notice that, effective December 11, 2015, attorneys may now e-file their transcript order requests in CM/ECF. Non-attorneys may file their transcript order requests with the clerk's office by mail, fax, or email.

Western District of Tennessee

The US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee posted a notice, increasing its attorney admission fees from $176 to $226 for general admission and from $100 to $150 for pro hac vice admission, effective February 1, 2016.
