A note highlighting the UK annual reporting requirements on diversity and inclusion (or D&I) for companies (including mandatory reporting on diversity policies and gender pay gap reporting) and the voluntary reporting undertaken by some companies (for example, in relation to ethnicity pay gap reporting). This note also covers reporting by listed companies against diversity targets and publishing of diversity data in relation to accounting periods beginning on or after 1 April 2022.
