A checklist of legal and practical considerations to help employers provide a safe and healthy workplace during the COVID-19 pandemic. This checklist is based on January 2021 guidance from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for implementing a workplace COVID-19 prevention program. OSHA updated this guidance in June 2021 and again in August 2021, but this Checklist was drafted based on OSHA's previous January 2021 guidance and therefore no longer reflects current OSHA (or CDC) guidance.
