A sample notice used by one party to confidentiality agreement (CA), also known as a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) or confidential disclosure agreement (CDA) or another agreement with nondisclosure or confidentiality obligations to notify the other party that it is in breach of its obligations. The notifying party uses this notice to demand immediate cessation of the breach, compensation for damages already incurred, and, where applicable, termination of the agreement.
