A Standard Clause for use in a confidentiality agreement (CA), sometimes referred to as a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) or confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), addressing obligations related to the export, transfer, and exchange of confidential technology or technical data subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
