The issuers in the recent offerings are WKSIs, non-WKSIs, and foreign private issuers and the offerings reflect deal structures with and without forward sales options. For each listed deal, this Note includes links to the primary deal documents filed with the SEC, including the shelf registration statement, prospectus supplement, and equity distribution agreement. When applicable, summaries of the issuer's other recent deals are also provided.
