NZX Listing Rules
The rules governing:
- The admission of entities to, and their removal from, New Zealand's Exchange (NZX).
- The procedures, disclosure requirements and certain conduct of entities listed on the NZX.
Under its listing agreement with the NZX, each entity admitted to the NZX is contractually bound to NZX to comply with all applicable rules of the NZX Listing Rules.
