The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/1319) (PPAR 2020), which were made on 19 November 2020, have made a number of amendments to the UK public procurement regime, including the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (SI 2016/273) (CCR 2016) arising from the withdrawal of the UK from the EU.
