A Checklist of issues for employers to consider before using AI tools for hiring or recruiting practices. This Checklist is designed for private sector employers with their non-unionized workforce. It is jurisdiction neutral but will be useful to employers in all states, including those subject to jurisdiction-specific requirements, such as New York City's Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT) law.
