In particular, this Toolkit includes resources to help financial institutions provide borrowers with necessary disclosures regarding the nature and costs of the real estate settlement process and to comply with loan originator compensation requirements, prohibitions on kickbacks and referrals, and limitations on the use of escrow accounts.
