The Water Act 2003 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2012 (SI 2012/264) was made on 2 February 2012. The Contaminated Land (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/263) and the Draft Contaminated Land Statutory Guidance for England 2012 were laid before Parliament on 7 February 2012. The Contaminated Land (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/283) and the Draft Contaminated Land Statutory Guidance for Wales 2012 were laid before the National Assembly for Wales on 7 February 2012.
