This practice note describes the law and practice relating to how a company registered under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (CA 2001) can validly execute deeds and other documents under section 127 of the CA 2001 or by other methods permitted by law, including pursuant to the amendments introduced by the Corporations Amendment (Meetings and Documents) Act 2022 (Cth).
