Sheridan of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey dismissed certain plaintiffs’ claims with prejudice in In re Lipitor Antitrust Litigation and held that the US Supreme Court’s ruling in FTC v. Actavis, Inc. required plaintiffs in reverse payment settlement cases to include a plausible estimate of the monetary value of non-cash reverse payments.
