This Practice Note provides an overview of the new California law, Voluntary Carbon Market Disclosures Business Regulation Act, Assembly Bill 1305, which was enacted in October 2023 and takes effect January 1, 2024. This Note also provides links to public disclosure under AB 1305 posted by a sampling of reporting entities.
