A Kansas Standard Clause to be incorporated into a Drug Testing in the Workplace Consent Form providing for an employee or prospective employee's consent to a test for illegal drugs, alcohol, or marijuana. This Standard Clause applies only to private employers that are not subject to the federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988. Local law may impose additional or different requirements.
