The European High Yield Association (EHYA) has put forward to the Treasury proposals dedicated to the restructuring of financially distressed companies. EHYA is of the opinion that although out of court restructurings have worked in the past, the advent of private equity has introduced more complicated cross-border financial structures that require a more formal approach.
