Three separate checklists to assist a creditor to prepare, have issued and serve a bankruptcy notice; to assist a debtor to apply to set aside a bankruptcy notice; and to assist a creditor to oppose that application. Each checklist provides guidance on the steps that need to be taken, including the documents to be prepared and filed with the Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) and/or the Federal Court, and the time frames within which those steps must be completed.
