This is a Chinese-English bilingual version of guidelines on filing standard contracts for personal information exports issued by the Cyberspace Administration of China. The appendices to the guidelines contain template versions of the Power of Attorney, Commitment Letter, Standard Contract, and Personal Information Protection Impact Assessment (PIPIA) Report. The English translation is provided for reference only, as Chinese regulators only accept a filing using the prescribed Chinese language form.
