District of Massachusetts

The US District Court for the District of Massachusetts posted an updated attorney handbook.

Second Circuit

Eastern District of New York

The US District Court for the Eastern District of New York posted a new case management plan regarding Hurricane Sandy-related cases.

District of Delaware

Chief Judge Gregory M. Sleet posted a new sample joint status report.

Fourth Circuit

Middle District of North Carolina

The US District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina updated its local rules and provided a summary of the changes.
The court also posted guidelines for the filing of confidential information in civil cases.

Fifth Circuit

Northern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Northern District of Texas issued a special order adopting amendments to its local civil and criminal rules, effective September 2, 2014 unless modified after receipt of public comment.

Ninth Circuit

Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit updated its ECF user guide. A copy of the previous version is available here.

District of Arizona

The US District Court for the District of Arizona updated its CM/ECF procedures manual.

District of Nevada

The US District Court for the District of Nevada updated its sample motion for permission to practice pro hac vice and designation of local counsel form.

District of Oregon

The US District Court for the District of Oregon posted new and amended local rules and provided a summary of the changes.
