A Checklist of issues counsel should consider when searching for and selecting experts for employment discrimination class actions. This Checklist addresses the common types of experts used in employment discrimination class actions, when to retain an expert, how many experts to retain, how to search for experts, and how to select the best expert. This Checklist is based on federal law and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) but may also be useful for counsel litigating in state courts.
