On May 8, 2022, the US announced another round of sanctions and export control restrictions against Russia. The new restrictions include a ban on the provision of accounting trust and corporate formation, and management consulting services to Russia, export controls on Russia's industrial sector, sanctions on Russia's media and financial sectors, and further additions to the Office of Foreign Assets Control's (OFAC) Specially Designated National (SDN) List.
