The National Health Commission and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine have jointly issued three trial measures that establish a regulatory framework governing e-healthcare services in China. The new measures regulate the areas of internet-based diagnosis and treatment, internet hospitals, and telemedicine services.
