This practice note provides an overview of the implications for UK public procurement law arising from the UK leaving the EU. It focuses on some of the immediate, and possible longer term, implications of the end of the UK-EU transition period (31 December 2020) for the UK public procurement regime. It also briefly considers the impact on the right of UK businesses to bid for EU public procurement projects.
