This practice note provides details of the regulatory technical standards (RTS), implementing technical standards (ITS) and guidelines that the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) are mandated to develop under the Markets in Cryptoassets Regulation ((EU) 2023/1114) (abbreviated to MiCA or MiCAR). It also considers the delegated acts to be adopted by the European Commission under MiCA and other related materials relating to that legislation.
