Buyers and sellers must deal with logistics issues in all phases of the supply chain, including:
- The transportation of goods, from the delivery of raw materials and parts used in the production of goods, to the delivery of finished goods to distributors, retailers, and ultimately, consumers.
- The warehousing and storage of goods at any point in the supply chain.
Logistics service providers must work with participants from all phases of the supply chain to:

- Provide services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This Toolkit provides resources that counsel can use to better navigate issues that may arise while negotiating and drafting agreements related to the transportation, delivery, and warehousing or storage of goods.
