The landlord only has a right to request particulars of the tenant's occupation if the tenancy is a business tenancy or if the tenant of a flat forming part of the premises is a qualifying tenant for the purposes of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (LRHUDA 1993).
