The contract is based on the Standard document, Contract for the sale of freehold land with vacant possession Standard document, Contract for the sale of freehold land with vacant possession (incorporating the Standard Commercial Property Conditions (Third Edition – 2018 Revision)), amended to make it suitable for use for a sale by a mortgagee.
