This standard document is a will offering a range of options for testators.

The FastDraft version includes an optional commentary that you can send to the client, explaining the terms of the will, and an optional client guide on the trust and tax implications of the will. The commentary and client guide automatically reflect the choices you make when drafting the will in FastDraft.

This will offers options to include administrative provisions in a schedule or to incorporate the Standard Provisions of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (3rd Edition) (STEP provisions) by reference.
