A form letter from a buyer of goods dispatched under Section 2-616(1)(b) of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) in response to the seller's UCC Section 2-615 notice of commercial impracticability. This notice may be used by a buyer to accept the seller's proposal to modify the contract by either adjusting the time of delivery of the goods or reducing the quantity of goods to be delivered based on the seller's right to allocate the goods under UCC Section 2-615(b), or both.
