This Checklist covers domesticating a judgment from another state or federal court by commencing a new action or following the procedures in the Massachusetts Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act (UEFJA) and domesticating a judgment from another country by commencing an action under the Massachusetts version of the Uniform Foreign Money-Judgment Recognition Act (UFMJRA).
