This note provides an overview of the retained EU law version of the PRIIPs Regulation (1286/2014) (UK PRIIPs Regulation), which has applied in the UK since the end of the Brexit transition period. It also identifies recent and future changes to the UK PRIIPs Regulation, including its forthcoming revocation.
