An agreement incorporating a schedule of amendments to the JCT Standard Building Contract, 2016 Edition (SBC 2016), the JCT's leading traditional procurement contract.

The amendments may be adapted for use with the "With Quantities" (SBC/Q), "Without Quantities" (SBC/XQ) and "With Approximate Quantities" (SBC/AQ) versions of the SBC 2016.
