A Chart of the major Minnesota state and local employment laws applicable to private employers, including a description of which private employers are covered. The Chart identifies laws relating to, for example, workplace discrimination, employee leave, minimum wage, and unemployment and workers' compensation. It is based on Minnesota law and is intended for use with employees or businesses located in Minnesota. It also includes local laws for the cities of Minneapolis, St. Paul, Duluth, and Bloomington.
