This tracker includes executive orders, agency actions (including the Departments of Energy and the Interior) and related Congressional and judicial actions. It tracks, among other things, developments that occurred during this period relating to the Clean Power Plan, the Paris Climate Accords, proposals to promote coal and other fossil fuels and limit the regulatory scope of the Environmental Protection Agency.
