Acceptance condition invocation notice

In the context of a UK takeover under the Takeover Code, a notice of a bidder's intention to invoke the acceptance condition so as to cause its offer to lapse before the unconditional date (but no earlier than Day 21), specifying the relevant date of lapse. An acceptance condition invocation notice, also known as ACIN, must be published at least 14 days before the relevant date.
