The FCA's Training and Competence sourcebook (TC) sets out the detailed requirements, including qualification requirements, that firms must comply with when their employees carry on certain retail activities. This note explains the structure of TC. It also explains to whom, for what activities, and within what territorial limits the rules, evidential provisions and guidance in TC apply.
