This document outlines an indemnity agreement between an acquiring authority and a private developer. The agreement is intended for when an acquiring authority covenants to fund and assist a private developer with a compulsory purchase order (CPO). In turn, the private developer covenants to assist the acquiring authority with the CPO process and pay the acquiring authority all costs incurred during the process and all compensation payable.
