A group of private-market participants organized by the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY) convened to help ensure a successful transition from USD LIBOR to a more robust reference rate. The ARRC recommended the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) as the alternative to USD LIBOR.
