This note provides details of the regulatory technical standards (RTS), implementing technical standards (ITS) and guidelines produced by the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) (ESMA, the EBA and EIOPA) under the EU EMIR (the Regulation on OTC derivative transactions, central counterparties (CCPs) and trade repositories) (648/2012). It also covers the delegated and implementing acts adopted by the European Commission under the EU EMIR.
