Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (HCERA)
A law enacted on March 30, 2010, as part of health care reform, to amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Collectively, PPACA and HCERA are known as the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
