The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) Secretariat has published Issue 2010-2 of the ICSID Caseload Statistics. The ICSID Caseload Statistics, which provides an analysis of the cases handled by the centre, was first published in February 2010 (see Legal update, ICSID publishes statistics) and is updated by the Secretariat on a bi-annual basis. This edition provides an updated profile of the ICSID caseload historically and for ICSID's fiscal year in 2010, covering the period of 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010. In the 2010 fiscal year, 27 new cases were registered at ICSID, 25 under the ICSID Convention and two under the Additional Facility Rules.
