We have updated our collection of Ad hoc arbitration clauses with the addition of a Switzerland: ad hoc arbitration clause, with integrated drafting notes. The clause and notes have been drafted by Laurence Burger at Winston & Strawn LLP.

The resource now provides sample arbitration clauses for 20 jurisdictions, all with accompanying drafting notes, with a view to providing a starting point for those negotiating or drafting ad hoc arbitration agreements. We will continue to add clauses for other jurisdictions in the coming weeks.
